Kunzite

Kunzite is a spiritual and protective stone.

It works strongly on the heart chakra and stimulates qualities such as service, humility, self-insight, tolerance, the ability to put yourself in another’s place, admitting mistakes and receiving criticism, surrender, going all the way for something and helps you receive and give love.

The stone makes you flexible and independent, reduces blockages and resistance and helps you express your feelings.

It helps to clear emotional baggage from both this and previous lives.

It has an uplifting and inspirational effect and is therefore good for (bipolar) depression.

It brings balance in ratio and intuition.

Spiritually kunzite protects against all possible negative influences such as negative energy, negative radiation and negative influences from people.

The stone also promotes deep meditation.

Physically, it has a positive effect on the nerves (e.g. with nerve pain and neuralgia), memory, senses, sciatica, joints, an oppressive feeling in the chest, panic attacks, heart and blood circulation.

Kunzite can support weight loss if the excess weight has an emotional cause (in part).

Kunzite should not be exposed to too much water and too much exposure to (bright) sunlight can cause the stone to discolor.
